We are looking to hire Service Technician with 1 to 5 years of experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of cleaning equipment, including industrial vacuums, pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and more. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently.
  • Install and set up new cleaning equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct operational tests to verify repairs and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports for all equipment handled.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including user training.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

1) Identify new amazing customers:

  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of companies and learning who makes decisions about product buying.
  • Contacting potential clients via cold call or email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

2) Presenting the product favorably in structured professional manner.

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Maintain the minutes of meeting with every prospect and update in CRM.

3) Relationship building

  • Keep healthy relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Interact, from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences.
  • Documentation, data management, writes reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
  • Build relationship based on Trust, Mutual Respect and Mindfulness.

4) Sales closure

  • Provide all details and support for customers.
  • Collect written approval from Prospect
  • Follow-up on this with Sales Manager
  • Final step of sales process transaction
  • Take written documentation required for closing
  • Ensure complete receipt of payment from client.
